Total Line Care is an optional service now available to residential and small business customers of Guthrie Center Communications. This service will provide you with repair protection, as well as most service call coverage, for the telephone, video, and/or Internet wiring and jacks inside your home or office. Telephone, video, and/or Internet wiring and jacks generally last for many years and do not normally go bad just because of age. However, many things, including everyday wear and tear, can damage inside wiring. The monthly charges you pay for your services do not cover these types of repairs and will be an out-of-pocket expense for you should trouble develop on your line.

If you subscribe to Total Line-Care Coverage, you will not have to pay for unexpected or costly repairs to your inside wire, jacks or equipment, of course some exclusions do apply, please ask us or see the contract for specific details.

With Total Line-Care you determine which service or services you want covered and for a small monthly fee you will be protected from unexpected maintenance expenses for telephone, video and/or Internet inside wiring and jacks.

Total Line-Care covers repairs to the inside wire and jacks, as well as the time to isolate and clear trouble caused by customer provided equipment.

Definition: Inside wire is the wiring located in the customer’s home or business beginning at the point where our equipment attaches to a customer’s home or business – typically defined as the “demarcation point.” From the demarcation point, telephone, video, and/or Internet lines extend into your residence or business through the jack where you plug into your service.
